Send recovered leads into your home-service CRM with Zapier
Send recovered leads into your home-service CRM with Zapier
Zapier lets you send recovered Pipeline On leads into CRMs, spreadsheets, notification tools, and other systems. Use one Pipeline On Catch Hook trigger, then map the fields into the CRM action that matches your workflow.

What you need
- An active Pipeline On site.
- A Zapier account.
- A Zapier Catch Hook URL from Webhooks by Zapier.
- Access to the CRM or destination app you want to update.
Core setup steps
- In Zapier, create a new Zap.
- Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
- Select Catch Hook.
- Copy the Catch Hook URL.
- In Pipeline On, open Settings, then Integrations.
- Paste the Catch Hook URL into the Zapier webhook field.
- Save the integration.
- Send a test lead from Pipeline On.
- In Zapier, confirm the sample payload arrives.
- Map the fields into your CRM action and publish the Zap.
Important
Pipeline On only accepts secure Zapier webhook URLs. The URL should start with https:// and use a Zapier domain.
Recommended field mapping
At minimum, map:
- Name
- Phone, when available
- Street address, city, state, postal code, and country, when available
- Website domain
- Viewed page URL
- First seen and last seen timestamps
- Source as Pipeline On
Phone and address fields can be blank. Configure your Zap so optional blank fields do not break the CRM action.
ServiceTitan via Zapier
Use ServiceTitan when you want recovered homeowners to become contacts, leads, bookings, or follow-up tasks for your team.
Recommended setup:
- Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- Action: Find or create a customer, contact, lead, or task in ServiceTitan.
- Match existing records by email first, then phone if your ServiceTitan setup supports it.
- Add the viewed page URL and Pipeline On source in notes.
- If your workflow requires a job type, campaign, business unit, or location, set a safe default before publishing.
If ServiceTitan rejects the test lead, check required fields in the ServiceTitan action. Some accounts require a phone, service address, business unit, or campaign.
Housecall Pro via Zapier
Use Housecall Pro when you want recovered homeowners to become customers, leads, estimates, or team notifications.
Recommended setup:
- Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- Action: Create or update customer, lead, estimate, or note in Housecall Pro.
- Map name, email, phone, and address fields where available.
- Add Pipeline On as the lead source.
- Put the viewed page URL and timestamp in notes.
If phone is required in your Housecall Pro action, add a Zapier filter or fallback path so leads without phone numbers do not fail.
Jobber via Zapier
Use Jobber when you want recovered homeowners to become clients, requests, quotes, or internal follow-up work.
Recommended setup:
- Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- Action: Find or create a client, request, or quote in Jobber.
- Match existing records by email first.
- Map address fields into the service address when available.
- Add the page visited and Pipeline On source to the request or notes field.
If Jobber requires a first and last name, use Zapier's formatter to split the full name. If no name is available, route the lead to a review task instead of failing the Zap.
Workiz via Zapier
Use Workiz when you want recovered homeowners to become leads, clients, jobs, or dispatch follow-up tasks.
Recommended setup:
- Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- Action: Create or update a lead, client, job, or task in Workiz.
- Map contact details and address fields where available.
- Set Pipeline On as the source or campaign.
- Add viewed page URL, first seen, and last seen details in notes.
If your Workiz workflow requires a job type, trade, or service area, set a default or add a Zapier path based on the page visited.
FieldEdge via Zapier
Use FieldEdge when you want recovered homeowners to become customers, opportunities, jobs, or office follow-up tasks.
Recommended setup:
- Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
- Action: Create or update the FieldEdge record that best matches your sales workflow.
- Match by email or phone where possible.
- Map address fields carefully because some recovered leads may only have partial address data.
- Add Pipeline On, viewed page URL, and timestamp details to notes.
If FieldEdge requires a service location or phone number, use a Zapier filter or review queue for leads that do not include those fields.
Generic CRM setup
If your CRM is not listed above, use the same pattern:
- Catch the Pipeline On webhook.
- Find an existing contact by email or phone.
- Create the contact if one does not already exist.
- Add an activity, note, lead, task, opportunity, or deal.
- Include the visited page and Pipeline On source so the team knows why the lead matters.
Testing and troubleshooting
Use the Pipeline On test lead before relying on live leads. Confirm your Zap creates or updates the right contact, lead, customer, job, or notification record.
If Zapier stops working, check whether:
- The Zap is published.
- The Catch Hook URL changed.
- The connected CRM account expired.
- The destination app rejected a required field.
- A required CRM field is blank because Pipeline On did not have that value.
- Zapier task limits or app limits were reached.
After fixing the issue, send another test lead before relying on live traffic.
