Understanding lead accuracy: name, email, phone, and address

Pipeline On recovered profiles can include name, email, phone, address, city, state, postal code, page visited, and visit timing.

Not every field is available for every lead.

Treat the lead as a signal

A recovered lead means Pipeline On found a likely person, household, or property signal connected to a website visit.

It does not guarantee that every field is perfect or that the person is ready to book.

Field meanings

Name:

  • The available name associated with the recovered profile or household.

Email:

  • A contact email when available.
  • Useful for CRM matching and follow-up.

Phone:

  • Optional.
  • Some leads have it and some do not.

Address:

  • May represent a property, household, or contact address.
  • Confirm the actual service address during booking.

Page visited:

  • Shows why the lead may be relevant.
  • Use it internally to prioritize follow-up.

Before booking

Always confirm:

  • Homeowner name.
  • Service address.
  • Service need.
  • Contact details.
  • Appointment availability.

Do not assume the recovered address is automatically the service address.
