What happens after you start a free audit
What happens after you start a free audit
Pipeline On shows you which homeowners are already visiting your website so you can follow up before they disappear.
What happens first
- Create your Pipeline On account.
- Add your website domain.
- Install the Pipeline On ID tag on your website.
- Confirm the privacy checklist for that site.
- Wait for real visitors to hit your site.
Your free audit starts when you sign up. Once the tag is installed, Pipeline On starts checking eligible website visits and recovering lead details where available.
What you can see during the audit
During the free audit, you can see recovered homeowners, the pages they viewed, visit timing, contact information when available, and CRM routing setup.
The free audit lasts 7 days from signup or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.
The audit is designed to prove whether your existing website traffic contains recoverable opportunities. It is not meant to bulk-export unlimited data.
When results appear
Install verification can happen quickly after the first pageview. Recovered leads depend on real website traffic and match availability. If your site has low traffic during the audit window, lead volume may be low.
What happens when the audit ends
When the audit reaches 7 days or 100 recovered IDs, trial matching and pixel access may be disabled unless the account moves onto an active subscription. Existing account data stays subject to the plan, privacy, and retention rules in your agreement.
Need help
If your tag is installed but no activity appears after real visitors have hit the site, contact support with your website domain and the page where the tag was installed.
If setup took longer than expected and you need more audit time, contact support and we can extend the audit on our side.
