Zapier field reference
Zapier field reference
Pipeline On sends a structured lead payload to your Zapier Catch Hook. Fields can be mapped into your CRM or other destination app.
Common lead fields
The payload can include:
- Lead ID
- Site ID
- Website domain
- Visitor name, when available
- Email address, when available
- Phone number, when available
- Street address, city, state, postal code, and country, when available
- Viewed page URL
- First seen and last seen timestamps
- Lead source
- Match confidence
- Schema version
Phone numbers can be blank
Phone is optional. Some recovered leads include a phone number and some do not. Your Zap should still work when phone is blank.
Address fields can be partial
Some leads may have a full address. Others may only have city, state, postal code, or no address. Map required CRM fields carefully so missing optional fields do not break the Zap.
Use schema version
Pipeline On includes a webhook schema version so integrations can stay stable as fields improve over time.
Recommended CRM mapping
At minimum, map:
- Name
- Phone
- Address fields
- Source as Pipeline On
- Viewed page URL or notes
If your CRM supports notes, add the page visited and timestamp so the team knows why the lead is relevant.
