Do I need a credit card for the free audit?

The free audit starts when you sign up.

Some Pipeline On flows may require a valid payment method before a paid subscription starts. If a payment method is required, the checkout page will show the trial terms, price, and when paid billing begins before you confirm.

The free audit lasts 7 days from signup or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.

Why a card may be required

Pipeline On may ask for a card to:

Confirm the account is attached to a real business.
Reduce duplicate or abusive free audit accounts.
Keep the transition from audit to subscription clean.
Make sure recovered lead access is tied to an accountable billing account.

Where payment details are handled

Payment details are handled through Stripe.

Pipeline On support cannot see your full card number and will never ask you to send card details through email, chat, or screenshots.

Before you confirm checkout

Review the checkout screen for:

Trial or audit terms.
Subscription price.
Billing start date.
Billing email.
Business name.
Payment method.

If the checkout details do not look right, stop before confirming and contact support.

If you only want the audit

If you do not want to continue after the free audit, cancel before the date shown in your checkout or billing settings.

Do not create a second account for the same domain to restart the audit. The same domain cannot be reused across free audit accounts.

If setup took longer than expected and you need more audit time, contact support. We can extend the audit on our side when setup delays get in the way.
