Your free audit starts when you sign up.

The next step is to install the Pipeline On ID tag on your live website so the audit can actually see traffic.

The audit lasts 7 days from signup or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.

Before the audit can show results

These steps need to be complete:

1. Create your Pipeline On account.
2. Add your real business website domain.
3. Install the Pipeline On ID tag on the live website.
4. Confirm required privacy and tracking checklist items.
5. Wait for real visitors to visit the site.

Tracking verification vs lead recovery

Tracking verification and recovered leads are different.

Tracking can verify after a qualifying pageview hits the site. Recovered leads depend on real visitor traffic, match availability, consent behavior, service-area fit, and the audit limits on the account.

If the clock starts before leads appear

Low traffic, broken installation, staging-domain testing, aggressive cookie banners, or privacy tools can all reduce the number of recovered leads during the audit window.

Check these first:

• The tag is installed on the live public website.
• You are testing the same domain connected to Pipeline On.
• The privacy checklist is complete.
• A real visitor has loaded a tagged page.
• Your cookie banner is not blocking the tag before consent if your policy allows it to run.
