What happens when your free audit ends
The free audit starts when you sign up and ends after 7 days or once 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.
When the free audit ends, Pipeline On may pause matching and paid-plan features until the account moves onto an active subscription.
What may stop
Depending on your account status, the following may pause:
- New recovered lead matching.
- Pixel or tracking access.
- Zapier delivery.
- Export access.
- Follow-up automation.
- Visibility into some recovered profile details.
The tracking tag may still be installed on your website, but new lead recovery may stop while the account is inactive.
What stays in the account
Existing account data stays subject to the plan, privacy, and retention rules that apply to your account.
You may still be able to see basic account, site, billing, or setup information so you can upgrade or contact support.
How to continue after the audit
To continue matching:
- Open your Pipeline On account.
- Go to billing or subscription settings.
- Start or reactivate the subscription.
- Confirm your site and tracking status.
- Check that matching and integrations are active.
If you need more time
Contact support if the audit ended before your tag was installed correctly or before real traffic reached the site.
We can extend the audit on our side when setup delays get in the way. Do not create a second account for the same domain.
