One domain per account
One domain per account
Each free audit account can use one real business website domain.
The same domain cannot be used across multiple Pipeline On accounts.
Why this rule exists
The one-domain rule helps Pipeline On:
- Prevent duplicate free audits.
- Keep recovered lead data tied to the correct business.
- Avoid confusion when multiple people test the same site.
- Protect customers from another account claiming their domain.
- Keep billing, compliance, and support records clean.
Examples
These usually count as the same business website:
example.comwww.example.comexample.com/servicesquote.example.comlanding.example.com
If a subdomain is part of the same business website or campaign, it may count toward the same audit.
Multiple locations
If your business has multiple locations on the same website, use the same domain unless Pipeline On has approved a different setup.
If each location has a separate legal owner, separate website, and separate billing account, contact support before creating multiple accounts.
Agencies and website managers
If you manage websites for clients, create the account under the correct client business and billing contact.
Do not use your own agency account to run multiple client free audits under one domain setup unless Pipeline On has approved that workflow.
