What if your domain is already used?
What if your domain is already used?
If your domain is already connected to another Pipeline On account, the new setup may be blocked.
This usually means the website has already been added by someone else on your team, agency, or business.
What to check first
Before contacting support, check whether:
- A teammate already created the account.
- Your agency or website manager created the account.
- The business owner used a different email address.
- A previous employee started the free audit.
- The domain was entered with or without
www.
What to send support
Send support:
- Website domain.
- Business name.
- Your account email.
- The email address that may have created the original account, if known.
- Whether you own, manage, or work for the business.
Do not create a second domain variation to bypass the block.
If the domain belongs to your business
Support can review the account ownership issue.
We may ask for proof that you are authorized to manage the website or billing account before moving domain access.
If the domain was entered by mistake
If you accidentally added the wrong domain, contact support before creating another account.
Moving or releasing a domain can affect tracking, matching, billing, and recovered lead history.
