Why free audits have match and export limits

Why free audits have match and export limits

Free audits include limits so Pipeline On can prove value without turning the audit into unlimited lead data access.

The free audit starts when you sign up. It lasts 7 days from signup or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.

Why limits exist

Recovered homeowner data has cost, privacy, and usage obligations.

Limits help Pipeline On:

  • Protect data from bulk export abuse.
  • Keep audit accounts tied to real businesses.
  • Prevent one business from creating duplicate accounts.
  • Keep matching capacity available for active customers.
  • Make sure customers evaluate quality, not just raw volume.

What may be limited

Depending on the account, Pipeline On may limit:

  • Audit length to 7 days.
  • Number of recovered IDs to 100.
  • Number of recovered profiles shown.
  • Match volume.
  • Export access.
  • Zapier or CRM delivery.
  • Follow-up automation.
  • Site or domain count.
  • Access after the audit ends.

What happens at the limit

When an audit or plan limit is reached, Pipeline On may stop showing new recovered profiles, pause matching, or ask the account to upgrade before continuing.

The dashboard should still help you understand whether the site was installed and whether the traffic is producing recoverable opportunities.

Need a higher limit

If your website has enough traffic that the audit limit is reached quickly, contact support or upgrade to an active subscription.

Do not create another account for the same domain.

If setup took longer than expected and you need more audit time, contact support. We can extend the audit on our side when setup delays get in the way.
