Plan limits and usage basics
Pipeline On plans can include limits for sites, recovered leads, matching, automation, integrations, exports, or usage-based billing.
Your current plan and billing settings control which features stay active.
For the free audit, access lasts 7 days or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.
Common usage areas
Pipeline On may track usage for:
- Website pageviews.
- Recovered leads.
- Identity match attempts.
- Follow-up emails.
- Zapier delivery attempts.
- Postcard or other follow-up sends, if enabled.
- Site and domain count.
Plan access
An active subscription may unlock:
- Ongoing lead matching.
- Full recovered profile visibility.
- CRM or Zapier delivery.
- Follow-up automation.
- Export or workflow features.
- Additional site access, if included in the plan.
Usage is not the same as website traffic
Your website traffic, ad-platform clicks, analytics sessions, and recovered leads will not match one-to-one.
Pipeline On only creates recovered leads when the visit is eligible, matchable, and allowed by your account and privacy settings.
