What counts against your recovered lead limit?
What counts against your recovered lead limit?
Recovered lead limits are based on the leads Pipeline On creates for your account, not every pageview on your website.
For the free audit, the limit is 100 recovered IDs or 7 days, whichever comes first.
Usually counted
A recovered lead may count when Pipeline On:
- Receives an eligible website visit.
- Runs the matching process.
- Creates a recovered profile or lead record.
- Makes the lead available in your dashboard or workflow.
Usually not counted as recovered leads
These may appear in other usage areas but are not always counted as recovered leads:
- Raw pageviews.
- Bot traffic.
- Ineligible visits.
- Visitors blocked by privacy or consent settings.
- Visits that do not match.
- Duplicate pageviews from the same visitor.
- Internal testing, if marked as test data.
Duplicates and repeat visitors
One person may visit multiple pages or come back more than once.
Pipeline On tries to avoid turning every repeat pageview into a new recovered lead, but duplicate or similar profiles can still happen when browsers, devices, addresses, or data sources differ.
Why a lead may count without every field
A recovered lead can still be useful even if one optional field is missing.
For example, a lead may have name and address but no phone number, or email and visit context but no postal code. Optional fields should not break Zapier or CRM delivery.
