What happens if you reach your plan limit?
What happens if you reach your plan limit?
If your account reaches an audit or plan limit, Pipeline On may pause some features until the next billing period or until the account upgrades.
For the free audit, the limit is 7 days or 100 recovered IDs, whichever comes first.
What may happen
Depending on the limit, Pipeline On may:
- Stop showing new recovered profiles.
- Pause new matching.
- Pause Zapier or CRM delivery.
- Limit export access.
- Ask you to upgrade before continuing.
- Continue collecting basic tracking events while paid features are paused.
The exact behavior depends on your plan, subscription status, and account settings.
What you should do
If you reach a limit:
- Check your billing or subscription page.
- Review current usage.
- Decide whether to upgrade or wait for the next plan period.
- Contact support if the usage looks incorrect.
If the limit was hit during the free audit
Hitting 100 recovered IDs during the free audit is usually a good signal that your site has enough traffic to evaluate Pipeline On.
Upgrade if you want matching, profile visibility, exports, or delivery to continue.
If usage looks too high
Send support:
- Website domain.
- Date range.
- Screenshots of the usage you are reviewing.
- Any traffic source or campaign that may explain the spike.
Support can review whether the usage is expected or whether the site setup needs adjustment.
