Start a Stripe subscription

Pipeline On uses Stripe Checkout for subscription setup.

Stripe handles the payment screen, payment method, and secure checkout flow.

Start checkout

1. Open Pipeline On.
2. Go to billing or subscription settings.
3. Select Start subscription.
4. Review the Stripe checkout page.
5. Confirm the payment method and billing details.
6. Return to Pipeline On after checkout.

Review before confirming

Before confirming, check:

• Business name.
• Billing email.
• Subscription price.
• Trial or audit terms, if shown.
• Billing start date.
• Payment method.

If anything looks wrong, do not confirm checkout. Contact support first.

After checkout

Stripe sends the subscription update back to Pipeline On.

The dashboard may show a pending or syncing state briefly while the webhook updates your account.

If checkout fails

Common causes:

• Card declined.
• Bank authentication required.
• Browser popup or redirect blocked.
• Billing address mismatch.
• Checkout session expired.

Start checkout again or use a different payment method. Contact support if the issue continues.
