Billing and account FAQ

Billing and account FAQ

Use this FAQ for common billing, audit, and account questions.

Can I use more than one domain during the free audit?

No. Free audits are limited to one real business website domain per account.

Can I create another account for the same domain?

No. The same domain cannot be reused across multiple free audit accounts.

Can an agency create accounts for clients?

Yes, but the account should be connected to the correct client business, domain, and billing contact.

Do not run multiple client audits through one unrelated account unless Pipeline On has approved that setup.

Why do I need billing details for a free audit?

Some audit flows require a payment method to confirm the business account and reduce abuse.

The checkout page will show the trial, subscription, and billing terms before you confirm.

How long does the free audit last?

The free audit lasts 7 days or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.

Will support ask for my card number?

No. Pipeline On support will never ask for your full card number by email, chat, or screenshot.

What happens if I do not upgrade?

When the audit ends, matching, pixel access, exports, integrations, or automation may pause unless the account moves onto an active subscription.

Can I get more audit time?

Contact support if your audit ended before installation was complete or before real traffic reached the site.

Extensions are not guaranteed.

Why did matching pause?

Matching can pause because the audit expired, the account reached a limit, the subscription is inactive, payment failed, the domain is already used, or required compliance steps are incomplete.

How do I cancel?

Open billing settings and use the customer portal if it is available. If you cannot access it, contact support before your renewal or billing date.

Do you offer refunds?

Pipeline On does not promise refunds for used audit access, consumed recovered lead data, completed billing periods, or forgetting to cancel.

Billing errors are reviewed case by case.
