CSR call script for recovered homeowners

CSR call script for recovered homeowners

Use this script when a recovered homeowner has a phone number and looks like a good service-area fit.

Do not say the homeowner was tracked, identified, or watched on your website.

First call script

"Hi, is this {{first_name}}?"

"This is {{csr_name}} from {{company_name}}. We help homeowners around {{city_or_area}} with {{service_line}}. I was reaching out to see if you still needed help with that."

If they say yes:

"No problem. What is going on with the system?"

Then move into your normal booking flow.

If they ask why you are calling:

"We reach out to homeowners in our service area who may be looking for help with {{service_line}}. If now is not a good time, I can leave you alone or send information by email."

If they are not interested:

"No worries. I will make a note not to follow up. Thanks for your time."

Voicemail script

"Hi {{first_name}}, this is {{csr_name}} from {{company_name}}. We help homeowners around {{city_or_area}} with {{service_line}}. If you still need help, you can call us back at {{phone_number}} or visit {{website}}. Thanks."

Text message caution

Only use SMS if your business has confirmed that the contact method and consent rules are appropriate for your use case.

When in doubt, use phone, email, direct mail, or a CRM task instead.
