Create a manual review queue

Create a manual review queue

Manual review queues are useful when a recovered lead is promising but not clean enough for automatic sales follow-up.

Send to review when

Use manual review when:

  • Phone is missing.
  • Address is partial.
  • The lead may already exist in the CRM.
  • The service area is unclear.
  • The page visited is medium intent.
  • The homeowner relationship is unclear.
  • A required CRM field is missing.

Where to put the queue

Common review destinations:

  • CRM task list.
  • Spreadsheet.
  • Slack or Teams channel.
  • Shared inbox.
  • Pipeline On dashboard review.
  • Zapier table.

What the reviewer should check

Review:

  • Page visited.
  • Service area.
  • CRM duplicate status.
  • Contact fields.
  • Existing customer status.
  • Whether follow-up is appropriate.

Review outcome

After review, mark the lead as:

  • Call now.
  • Email.
  • Postcard.
  • Suppress.
  • Existing customer.
  • Outside area.
  • Bad fit.
