Internal owner alerts and iMessage
Internal owner alerts and iMessage
Internal owner alerts help the business owner or manager see important recovered leads quickly.
These alerts are for the business owner or team, not for texting recovered homeowners directly.
When to use internal alerts
Use owner alerts for:
- High-value replacement leads.
- Repeat visits.
- Financing page visits.
- Emergency service visits.
- Leads with phone and address.
- Leads from expensive ad campaigns.
- Failed CRM delivery that needs attention.
What the alert should include
Include:
- Name, if available.
- Phone, if available.
- Email, if available.
- City or postal code.
- Page visited.
- Time recovered.
- Link to the Pipeline On lead.
- Recommended next step.
What not to include
Avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary data into personal messaging tools.
Keep the alert focused on what the owner needs to decide:
- Call now.
- Assign to CSR.
- Review.
- Suppress.
iMessage note
If using iMessage or a similar channel, send alerts to the business owner or internal team only.
Do not use internal owner-alert channels to message recovered homeowners unless your business has a separate approved customer-messaging workflow.
