Free audit limits and domain rules

Free audit limits and domain rules

The free audit is meant to show whether Pipeline On can recover valuable leads from one real business website.

One domain per account

Each free audit account can use one primary website domain. The same domain cannot be used across multiple accounts.

This prevents duplicate trials, protects customer data, and keeps audit results tied to the right business.

What counts as the same domain

These usually count as the same website:

  • example.com
  • www.example.com
  • Landing pages or paths under the same domain
  • Subdomains used for the same business website

What happens if a domain is already used

If your domain is already connected to another account, Pipeline On may block the new setup. Contact support if you believe the original account belongs to your business or was created by mistake.

Trial data limits

The free audit starts when you sign up. It lasts 7 days from signup or until 100 recovered IDs have been created, whichever comes first.

Free audit access may also be limited by domain, export ability, or subscription status. The audit is intended to prove value, not provide unlimited lead data.

If setup takes longer than expected and you need more audit time, contact support. We can extend the audit on our side when setup delays get in the way.

When matching can be disabled

Matching or pixel access may be disabled if:

  • The trial reaches 7 days.
  • The account reaches 100 recovered IDs.
  • The domain is used on another account.
  • The account attempts to bypass audit limits.
  • Required billing or compliance steps are incomplete.
